Today was the last day for my double training before the one month SIM TKD break. The break will be from 7th Feb to 7th March…but I will be continuing my training at the Paya Lebar-Kovan CC coz I need the exercise…heh~ apart from that I can’t live without my weekly bouts of empowerment…heh…more on that another time. :D
